WPCs Mistress Sidonia and Lady Nina Birch have caught a criminal. Rather than fill in all the paperwork and send him to the courts they administer there own preferred summary punishments, a hard caning. When the caning is over they have their prisoner sit bare bottomed on a tray of sharp upturned bottle caps that dig deep into his welted buttocks. However, their captives ordeal is still not over as they hoist his legs in the air and strap his well punished and painfully buttocks mercilessly.
